Floor Design staged on a 4 ft x 4 ft square area against a pale yellow/beige wall.
Class 2 – See my Butterfly Haven
Designer's Choice of Design placed on a black pedestal 42” high with an 18” square top placed against a pale yellow wall.
Class 3 – See my Water Fall
Cascade Design placed on a black pedestal 42” high with an 18” square top placed against a pale yellow wall.
Section B
Beautiful Surroundings Eligible for Table Artistry Award

Class 4 – Breakfast on the Patio
Tray Design. This is a Novice class open to anyone who has not yet won a blue ribbon. Trays (no larger than 13”X19”) to be provided by exhibitor. Trays will be placed on one half of a six foot table draped in black.
Class 5 – Poolside Lunch
Functional Table Design. Designs placed on a card table, 34” square, draped with a black cloth. Additional coverings may be added.
Class 6 – Dinner in the Gazebo
Exhibition Table Design. To include a decorative unit. Designs placed in a niche, 48” high, 24” wide, with 12” wings, on a shelf 24” deep and 36” high, covered in black cloth. Niche to be furnished by exhibitor.

Class 7 – The View from my Window
Small Transparency Design. Design not to exceed 8 inches in height, width, or depth, staged on a lucite stand with a 9”x 9” black backboard and underlay. Design/stand will be placed on a 12” square space on a table draped in black. Design components may not be attached to the provided backboard or underlay.
Class 8 - Night Time View
Small Reflective Design. Design not to exceed 8 inches in height, width, or depth, staged on a lucite stand with a 9”x 9”black backboard and underlay. Stand will be placed on a 12” square space on a table draped in black. Design components may not be attached to the provided backboard or underlay.
Class 9 – Fountain View
Small Underwater Design. Design not to exceed 12 inches in height, width, or depth, staged on a lucite stand with an 14”x 14” black backboard and underlay. Stand will be placed on a 16” square space on a table draped in black. Design components may not be attached to the provided backboard or underlay.

Celebrate the arrival of spring in the Nation's oldest city with two days of flowers, friends and fun. Growers, nurseries, crafters and artisans from around the state offer gardeners everything they need to make spring bloom at the “Flower and Garden Expo”, The St. Johns County Agricultural Center 3125 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, Florida 32092-0572 (take Exit 318 from I-95 at SR 16)
Come and enjoy:

- Master Gardener arboretum tours
- A large variety of horticulture including roses, bromeliads,
orchids, bonsai, native plants, water garden plants, herbs, gingers, butterfly garden plants and many unusual perennials.
- Our lecture series by distinguished lecturers who will
provide helpful information for all levels of gardening experience.
- Quilt Show by St. Augustine Piece Markers Guild.
There will be ample free parking. Admission: $5 for a two-day pass, children under 12 are free.

1. This flower show shall meet all requirements for a Standard Show
as set forth by the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
2. Design classes are open to all members of the Garden Club of St
Augustine and the National Garden Clubs. Horticultural classes are
open to all amateur gardeners.
3 The Handbook for Flower Shows, revised 2017, from the National
Garden Clubs, Inc., shall be used by exhibitors and judges as the
authority for the governing of the show. The standard system of
awarding will be used with blue (90+), red (85+), yellow (80+) and white
(honorable mention) ribbons as merited.
4. Native plants on the Florida Conservation List may be used in all
classes and divisions.=, provided such plants are labeled with the
botanical name and have been grown by the exhibitor or otherwise
legally obtained.
5. No artifcial plant material (flowers, leaves, fruits or vegetable) will be
allowed anywhere in the show.
6. All properties must be marked with the exhibitor's name. The
Committee cannot assume liability for damages or loss of personal
property or injury.
7. Exhibits shall be entered as follows: Horticulture Thursday,
March26, between 10 am and 3 pm; Designs Thursday, March
26, between 11 am and 3 pm.
8 Judging will begin at 11 am on Friday, March27, 202. During
judging, only the Show Chairman, the Classification Chairmen, Judges
and Clerks may be on the show floor. The decision of the judges is
final. Any award not merited may be withheld.
9. No entry may be removed before 3 pm on Sunday, March 29.
All entries must be removed by 4 pm Sunday.
10. Entries not claimed by 4 pm will be removed by the Dismantling
Committee and may be picked up at the Agricultural Center on Monday
after 8 am.
